No Tears Productions was founded in 2009 by Writer/Director Derek Masterson in an effort to stage the works of upcoming and original writers. NTP has quickly come to be one of the most innovative theatre companies in Ireland with a host of young enthusiastic and talented writers, directors and actors coming to stage work with us.
