ANTHONY BLAKE - "MR. MICHAELS"

Anthony is a graduate of the Sanford Meisner School and the Gaiety School of Acting and has been bouncing from stage to screen (and back again) since applying a crazy tash and wig becoming the tracksuit loving goof "118" of "11850", just over two short years ago. Since then he has walked in the shoes of a wide range of individuals including Tracy Letts's 'killer Joe Cooper' in "Killer Joe" ; Brian Friel's 'Roger Nash' in "The Mundy Scheme" ; Shelagh Stephensons 'Mike' in "The Memory of Water" ; Marina Carr's 'Stephen' in "Ariel" ; BBC's live action character 'Norbert' in "Enlightenment" ; Ronan O'Sullivan's 'Karl' in LA Film Festival winning "Caged Bird", and Fair City's 'JP Bellamy' (his mammy's favorite role to date!); just to name a few. Anthony will shortly be seen at this years LA Film Festival and other festivals around the world in David Gilna's "My Happiness" as 'Conway'. He is playing 'Steve Wilkos' in The Jerry Springer Opera at the Grand Canal Theatre from 31st of October, 2011 and also touring the country at present in Grumble Theatre's two-man show and 'laugh-a-minute' critical success, "Ergophobia". This is his first appearance with No Tears Productions. Anthony hopes you enjoy the show, and that you too will open your door when an "Opportunity Knocks"...
AOIFE WILLIAMSON - "FASHION STYLIST"

After completing two years of Practical Theatre Performance in Kinsale, with the wonderful Belinda Wilde, Aoife performed in several plays in Cork. After two years travelling the world she relocated to Dublin to pursue a full time acting career. While prancing about the globe she appeared in a commercial in New Zealand and even managed to land roles in several Bollywood films. Although her primary love has always been in theatre (theatre roles include Chloe in "Out of Control", Dobchinski in "The Government Inspector", Siobhan in "Blinded By The Light, Rebecca in "The Country" and both Helena and Titania in two separate productions of "A Midsummer Night’s Dream"), she has started to warm to screen acting having five short films under her belt, most notably "What If?", wherein she was nominated for Best Actress in The Underground Film Festival. Other credits include the lead role in ‘The Coronas' "Won’t Leave You Alone" video. She recently finished shooting a character role in independant comedy feature, "We Got Balls", due for release next January. This is her first appearance with No Tears Productions.
ALAN KINSELLA - "JOURNALIST"

Not only are we very proud to tell you that "Opportunity Knocks" is Alan's first show with No Tears Productions, but it will also mark his stage debut, having been bitten by the acting bug a lil' later than most (he's 32...sshhhh!). With his outstanding acting ability, it's left us at NTP wondering what took him so long to take the plunge!? Still, we're only delighted to pop his proverbial cherry (you never forget your first, right?)! Since training began with the Abbey School of Drama and Music within the last 12 months, Alan has landed a role in low-budget Irish indie film "On the Ball", and now - "Op Knocks"! While Alan will happily admit to being "a new fish" in the acting world, he believes that being thrown in at the deep end will only educate him quicker. Yep, this is one new fish on the up-and-up, and by no means out of his depth!
